ResponsibilitiesManaging and attending in a personalized manner the executive sector, in order to contribute to better fulfilling their aims, fostering their development and strengthening their link with the company.Elaboration of questionnaires and coordinating the 360° assessment of the executive sector. Elaboration of feedback reports for the Board of Directors. Carrying out the Competence Interview. Performance Appraisal. Potential and Replace charts of the executive Sector.

Reporting to: Manager of Human Resources Consulting.Direct reports: 1 Personnel Selection Chief, 1 Recruiting Analyst in Monterrey and a coordinator of recruiting Guadalajara and 2 Coordinators of Recruiting in Mexico.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for filling in the vacancies at Grupo Aeromexico level. Analysis and control of vacancies to control workload and response times. Induction to foreign executives and staff. Delivering Outplacement.

Reporting to: Manager of Integrated HR Services. Direct Reports: 1 HR regional Chief in Guadalajara, 1 HR regional Chief in Monterrey, 3 Personnel Managing Coordinators, 4 Personnel Managing AnalystsResponsibilities• Responsible for Human Resources Management (4,500 unionized and no unionized employees on land ) on vacation periods, absenteeism, overtime payment, bonus, Sunday bonus, and deductions such as unpaid leaves, penalties, beneficiary registration, National Security Service documents and letters application, etc. As well as coordination and execution of massive lay off of personnel. • Elaboration of yearly and monthly statistics ( Personnel dismissal, attendance, turnover, etc.)
