Lecturing Business English subject

The Deputy Director assists the Counsellor in managing the operations of the Department of Education and Training at the Australian Embassy Jakarta by providing high level policy advice, strategic planning and administrative oversight of Jakarta office; liaising with and reporting to the National Office of the Department of Education and Training in Canberra. As the Deputy Director, I have to provide market intelligence and strategic advice to Australian education institutions seeking partnerships with Indonesian education institutions. Lastly, I also develop and maintain close liaison with Australian and Indonesia key education and science stakeholders at the government, institution and industry levels.

II was one of the Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships recipients from Indonesia. I attended my fellowships in August until October 2016 in Australia.My interest was to conduct a case study research on "How universities in Australia formulate their international engagement strategy, especially with Indonesia. Also how Universities Australia support their initiative." I was interested to find the challenges they were facing and explored how could I best assist them to overcome the challenges to improve the education relationships between Indonesia and Australia.Thanks to my host institutions in Canberra: University of Canberra, Australian National University and Universities Australia who assisted me in this Endeavour journey.

Lecturing the subject of Communication in Business for Masters and Bachelor Degree students.

Senior Business Development Manager leads Jakarta office and before the full time Trade Commissioner was appointed in January 2013. This role requires leadership, management and negotiating skills, and ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in Indonesia and in New Zealand. I am also responsible for sectors: Aviation, Geothermal, Education, and also Wood and Disaster Management. In addition, I also assist the Investment team within NZTE to encourage investment to NZ.

Seconded to Singapore office as Business Development Manager in Specialised Manufacturing (Aviation) and Services (Education).Responsible for Business Development in the areas mentioned above

Policy Officer developed relationships and collaborative activities with key stakeholders and partners that were targeted to improve policy engagement in science and research. Policy Officer also assisted the Counsellor in strategic planning of activities that includes providing policy advice and communicating strategy in various occasions.

Information Assistant assisted the manager in day to day activities of the Centre. Information Assistant developed and maintained collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including Australian and Indonesian institutions; and also targeted promotion and marketing strategies through the AEC network that promoted the generic study in Australia brand and engaged with the market through a number of strategies.
