Thanks to my background in community work and my bachelor's degree in social work, I have accumulated many assets that serve me well in my adventure as an entrepreneur.Since community work is a very precarious environment where working conditions are few and the demands are heavy, the idea of finding a more stable job with better benefits became what I was looking for. This is why I moved to the federal government which allowed me, among other things, to start my family. After a few years, within this structure, I understood that living from my passions, MY TRUTH, was much more important to me than job stability!I have no regrets and I am proud of the path I have taken. It makes me who I am today. Over time, I've realized that many people miss their truth because of their need of security rather than investing in their own development. I realized that we live in a time where it is difficult to discover ourselves from the inside.I have been committed and dedicated for the last 7 years to retraining and perfecting my knowledge in order to offer my expertise and leadership coaching services. Numerous are the conferences, seminars and coaching programs that I've completed. I have had the privilege of being taught by masters in the art including Darren Hardy, Anthony Robbins, Bob Proctor, Robin Sharma, Chantal Binet, Caroline Rochon, Stéphanie Méthé and Marco Robert to name a few.But why leadership? You see, leadership is FIRST and foremost about the relationship you have with yourself. A relationship that requires discipline as well as self-control.
