• Managed an international consortium of 30 academic and clinical scientists in the field of neuroimmunology to develop resources, build fundamental knowledge, and identify biomarkers for Alzheimer’s Disease • With consortium leadership, designed and implemented the strategy and organizational structure for the consortium and the alliance, planning and leading agendas for consortium and working group meetings • Wrote fundraising documents, scientific grant proposals and progress reports for both lay and technical audiences (including National Institutes of Health, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Alzheimer's Foundation of America, and several for funding through our alliance)
