The use of technology with its ability to increase the level of engagement and participation within a community and enable all people to participate fully in society as an active and informed citizen was also a key focus of this role.This role also included being appointed as the Project Lead for technology (public facing) for the Salisbury Community Hub, a new $43 million integrated community facility and being responsible for the establishment of a room booking operational service as well as an uplift activation strategy. Working closely with consultants KPMG, I was also a project member of the overarching Communications Project Team and created the decant schedule of the Len Beadell Library and its internal service teams to the Salisbury Community Hub. Prior to this, I was also Project Lead for operational readiness of the Para Hills Community Hub in the areas of communications, operating processes that supported service delivery, technology and activation including the opening event which attracted over 3000 people. This partnership was the first of its kind in Australia and a key element of Microsoft's Building Australia’s Future-Ready Workforce report. As part of this role and in response to the increase of mandated kindergarten hours adding pressure on local infrastructure, I also established a new operational model for three year old kindergarten.
