This diverse background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of human resources and organizational development, enabling me to drive effective strategies that enhance workplace environments and boost team performance.As the Director and Owner of a preschool in northern Lisbon, I am passionate about all aspects of management and leadership and enjoy immensely having the opportunity to be in contact with all aspects of early childhood education. My role encompasses everything from team management to implementing innovative educational consulting approaches, ensuring that both staff and students thrive in a harmonious setting.In addition to my work in the Education field, I am also Associate Partner at Prime Search, Lisbon - an executive search boutique firm for middle and top managment since 2019, where I excel in cross-industry Executive Search, Executive Coaching, Executive Assessment and Talent Acquisition.
