With over a decade of experience in multinational companies, I have built a strong foundation in HR consulting, HR system implementation, training, and recruitment. This diverse background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of human resources and organizational development, enabling me to drive effective strategies that enhance workplace environments and boost team performance.As the Director and Owner of a preschool in northern Lisbon, I am passionate about all aspects of management and leadership and enjoy immensely having the opportunity to be in contact with all aspects of early childhood education. I focus on fostering a nurturing environment that prioritizes not only educational excellence but also nutritional well-being. My role encompasses everything from team management to implementing innovative educational consulting approaches, ensuring that both staff and students thrive in a harmonious setting.In addition to my work in the Education field, I am also Associate Partner at Prime Search, Lisbon - an executive search boutique firm for middle and top managment since 2019, where I excel in cross-industry Executive Search, Executive Coaching, Executive Assessment and Talent Acquisition.
