Family businesses generally have a long-term focus and in my work, I want to make a long-term impact. I feel honored to have the chance to dedicate my time to my father´s family business. I want to give, both my customers and employees, the feeling, that they are in good hands, in their decision to work with or for P+W Metallbau. Because especially when future strategies are set, a foundation is laid, which has to be steady and long lasting. For our employees the motto is: the familiar character of our company must be kept in sight in order to build a strong team and to persist as a unit.It is my goal to grow P+W Metallbau to one of the worldwide leading suppliers of silos and storage solutions. In our motto “take what you need” we present our customers storage solutions, optimize processes and solve problems with our multi-disciplinary expertise and solution focused thinking.
