Managing IT assets and support requests: reviewing existing situation, evaluating alternatives and proposing and implementing appropriate solutions (GLPI). Special projects: Collecting and analysing reports on anti-virus solutions, testing them in lab and installing chosen solution; assessing employee worktime management system (clocking) for potential upgrade.
