Supplier quality team leader for Door Panels, Instrument Panel e Central Console, HVAC & Compressor coordinating a staff of 8 employees. Activity includes - Coordinate activities, allocating tasks to staff and keeping the team focused and on track.- Organize training .- Organize regular staff meetings so to cascade information and carry out performance reviews .- Facilitate problem solving & collaboration.- Support the team to solve high risk issues and removing roadblock .- Manage team members workload, performing directly activities (e.g. PA / PDR / PPR) in case of critical workload condition of team members.- Support new team members in working through induction program and training organization.- Support sourcing approval process on Supplier Quality side for HVAC & Cockpit perimeter.

Activity includes: - Quality responsibility for assigned projects - Analyse the new process development for the points related to quality aspects - Define and coordinate the activities finalized to process / project improvement - Coordinate the improvement plan actions related to supplier quality problems - Analyse and define the corrective action related to quality problems pointed out by the customer. - Define the process control plan for assigned projects

Product line responsible for bumpers, shock absorber and plastic fender. Activity includes, for the component assigned and relatively to all the car models: - Technical specification definition; - New project development monitoring; - Definition of the best technical solution so to guarantee the fulfilment quality and cost targets; - Definition and analysis of component development timing; - Cost reduction activity. - Benchmarking analysis; - Component innovation activity.

Responsible for engineering of front end module component for new model in development. Activity includes: - Coordination of engineering team ( three persons); - Coordination of component supplier; - Cost control; - Definition and control of technical specifications and component drawing ; - Quality control parameters definition and way of be checked coherently with FIAT standard; - Responsible of sub-component installation on the module : coordination of the different engineering teams involved in cooling system, engine, lighting, cables, safety system, external trims, chassis, body in white development for interface problems.

COST REDUCTION ACTIVITY: - Internal product analysis and benchmarking, with intent to individuate cost reduction opportunities; - Economic convenience assessment; - Test activities coordination; - Coordination of suppliers and inter-functional team in order to check activity progresses. QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES: - Be in touch with the assistance network for quality problem report; - Faulty component analysis; - Anomaly characterization and causes individuations; - Supplier coordination for piece modification according to the corrective operation individuated; - Coordination of testing operations to validate the solution before starting mass production.
