- Provide a visible presence on residential during day and night- Deal with incidents in a sensitive, empathic and supportive manner, following company protocols- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.- Patrol and monitor all residential buildings. - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of residents, visitors and contractors- Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning and other services are carried out to the agreed standards.- Responsible for the locking and unlocking main buildings doors- Ensure residents are secured for the night- Monitor CCTV system and access control system- Contact the appropriate emergency services where necessary- Provide a reception and gatehouse welcome service all the times- Monitor vehicle entrance and park permits inside residential - Keep accurate reports of visitor’s vehicle registration number- Report any maintenance required, cleaning issues and process repairs, including damages, in accordance with current policies and procedures.- Manage out of hour deliveries- Wear approved uniform and being courteous and professional at all times.- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.

Responsible for keeping venue secure at all times. Patrolling inside and outside the venue, watching people's behavior and dealing with conflict. Check for personal ID to verify the legal alcohol consumption ages of costumers at the bar. Ensures costumers are appropriately dressed for the venue. Conduct general searches of illegal items such as drugs or weapons. Report incidents to the manager or police.
