Teamwork skills, responsibility, resource management skills, professional ethics and negotiation skills make me a highly effective problem solver.At Torfresma industrual, I was part of a team that provides high quality solutions, both on-site and remote, to customers throughout Latin America. My work consisted in the development, programming and implementation of robotic automation and equipment for various types of production. In my role as time leader, I worked closely with customers to analyze problems and present solutions that allow them to achieve maximum production and quality, while respecting the highest safety standards in the process. To guarantee the correct handling of the equipment and the safety of the operators, I provided training to the operators about that.As maintenance supervisor at the largest Kraft paper mill in Argentina for 5 years, I was part of a multidisciplinary team where my main responsibility was mechanical maintenance. In that role, I developed leadership and negotiation skills with other teams.
