Claudio has gained in 40 years of work, an extensive and diversified Technical and Managerial experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Operation Management, developed in domestic and international companies (Serono, Recordati, Facta-ACSDobfar Group), often in quickly changing contexts, with tasks of reorganization in difficult situations.During his career, he has covered several assignments: Production Manager of Finished Goods, Raw Material Production Manager, Plant Manager and Technical Manager (Qualified Person), Operation Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Technical Advisor for Technical and top management issues; Project Manager for the realization of a modern pharmaceutical plant.Process and products concerned: injectables (lyophilized and liquid), oral liquid and solid forms, hormones and enzymatic proteins of extractive nature (obtained by means of extraction and purification processes), Cephalosporin Oral formulations.As Plant Manager and Qualified Person, he has driven successfully two important plant restructuration, with the full observance of the required objectives (relevant issues: lay-out, organization and Quality System, training/schooling and numerous and complex IQ/OQ/PQ activities, productivity and cost reduction). More recently, as a Procurator and Supervisor with a fixed-term contract, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Facta-ACS Dobfar Group, he has driven a process of responsibilities transfer to younger collaborators, in order to be able to ensure an adequate generational change (Plant concerned fully dedicated to manufacturing of Cephalosporin Oral formulations: tablets, Capsules and Oral Suspension manufactured for many Customers/markets in the World).Since October 2012 he is also working with the NSF Health Sciences Pharma Biotech (formerly NSF-DBA) as a Pharmaceutical Consultant by conducting training as a tutor of very interactive workshops. Claudio has an extensive experience as a QP.

During 2014 he started a technical / managerial collaboration with a company operating in the field of services and systems for the protection of the environment and safety in the workplace (relevant aspects managed: training and education, SOP, technical problems, chemical and microbiological analysis, statistical evaluations, Ring-tests, NC analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), activities related to the Accreditation and Conformity ISO 9001-14001-18001).
