• Document the product backlog including (1) embrace a Scrum/Agile framework to deliver value to the customer quickly in manageable increments, (2) elicit software requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, business process workflows and use cases, (3) document business requirements, process flow and relationship diagrams, as well as functional specifications, user test plans and additional artifacts as required.• Provide product/feature subject matter expertise throughout the life of the feature.• Capture, refine, prioritize, and maintain the backlog, including the definition of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both business and technical requirements.• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance and business unit from beginning of project life cycle through implementation.• Ensure traceability and functional design meet business requirements and desired outcome is achieved.• Troubleshoot reported defects and system related issues and elicit prioritization of confirmed issues from the product managers responsible.• Remove blocks and interface with others outside of team.

• Participate on project teams and/or supports the business areas as a technical subject matter expert to understand business problems to solve across the business area.• Identify process improvement opportunities and receive direction from Senior Benefits IT Analyst on whether they should be pursued.• Translate requirements into system design documents that include the technical specifications for the required business application solution.• Provide customers/requestors with estimates for delivery of EUC solutions.• Recommend the application delivery tool based on the complexity, security, number of end users, hardware/software constraints, data senility and compliance to plan rules and regulations.• Design and develop the complex solution using various coding languages ensuring standards are maintained, error handlers are included, logical constructs are present and naming conventions are used along with in code documentation (e.g. Visual Basic for Applications for MS Access, Excel, Word, SQL, VB Script, PowerApps, Flow, SharePoint, Office 365 tools).• Use database management system standards to design databases and their supporting objects. Implement controls to ensure data integrity by creating primary and foreign keys, indexes, constraints, user defined data types and user defined functions as required.• Test the solutions by debugging and compiling all code, creating performance test cases and use cases from requirements, and performing analysis on random outputs of newly created data.

• (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) Extremely familiar with standard Microsoft Office Apps. • Adobe Certified Associate for Dreamweaver. Skilled in Photoshop, Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects and more.• Experience in an office environment, with the ability to work independently.• Experience designing web sites and web pages for various clients.• Experience with printing services for business cards, brochures, etc.• Knowledge of the design process, image retouching, image/file repurposing, composition, etc.• Skilled with installing/fixing office equipment, PCs, routers, printers, etc.
