Main activities and responsibilities :Initial Tuning for MTN SA 3G network in South Africa by Drive test pilot analysis ( EcNo, RSCP , UE,Drop and Blocked Calls analysis) by TEMS Investigation, MapInfo, MCOM and Nexplorer. Problem solving related to pilot pollution, swapped feeder, bad coverage and quality by site configuration changes implementation. Final report publishing.Performance verification after 30 days from the site activation respect to the customer KPIs (statistical data collection, site changes suggestion and final verification report providing)
