Responsible for worldwide relationships with Italian top clients (Telecom Italia, Terna, Edison, RAI, Wind, etc.). Primary contacts have been the CEOs and CFOs with whom financial plans/needs are discussed; my role has been to develop and offer UniCredit’s overall commercial and credit strategy, giving instructions and coordinating the implementation of the relevant initiatives to be taken by Products/Services Specialists. I had responsibility for overseeing all of the subsequent phases (from pitch to contract), monitoring relevant negotiations (legal/economic) and the closing of agreements.
