CurrentMain TasksTrack country performance relative to the original revenue target and isolate performance indicators that have been critical in the point of sale reaching or not reaching target. Interrogate BSP figures on a weekly basis and identify trends of commercial interest; change in contribution by agent, cabin mix, class mix etc. Identify trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations to improve performance where necessary/appropriate to Sales Manager ItalyDesign, develop and produce commercial reports that are relevant and useful to the sales teams and for key commercial stakeholders across the country/station.On a monthly basis or as required generate revenue reports for each of the PLI supported National Accounts.Research and keep relevant benchmarking statistics on key performance indicators of the business, competitors and industry updated for use as appropriate. Ensure that relevant information set is organized, historical data archived for easy retrieval providing analysis for opportunities to enhance commercial performance.Independently pursue leads, analyse prepare and advise Sales Manager Italy on commercial opportunities.Compile and analyse intelligence on competitor activities in terms of market share for review by the Commercial Manager. Monitor the data and prepare clients’ productivity information for all segments in order to enhance sales steering. Support the analysis and construction of incentive agreements to ensure they are appropriately targeted, optimized and in line with HO requirements.
