To identify talented and promising young players in the club catchment area for Brentford 6. To regularly attend matches and training sessions of district, county and local clubs, identifying the best players and future talented players.7. To organize a weekly match schedule and forward all scout activity to the Player Recruitment Manager.8. To identify any players that are to be monitored and to inform the Player Recruitment Manager.10. To work with scouts and other colleagues, ensuring the team functions together smoothly, efficiently and effectively.11. To ensure all scouts adhere to the Player Approach Recruitment Protocol at all times when speaking to parents and managers of players identified.13.
