I've joined Gabetti Corporate Capital Market Group in April 2010 as specialist, becoming manager in 2013 and head of the national team in 2016. From January 2018 I was also appointed Deputy General Manager of Gabetti Agency. Until 2010 I worked for Jones Lang Lasalle (now JLL) in the Valuation Advisory department as Senior Valuer.I have experience in advisory services to both private and institutional real estate investors such as funds, developers, banks, insurances, in disposal and acquisition of real estate assets and portfolios, investment valuation, analysis and negotiations. My experience include working for a number of investors, banks, insurance companies and developers in the office, retail and logistic real estate sectors.Main activities:- Client management;- Direct contact and approach with investors, sellers, private and institutional clients for new business development;- Advisory in real estate transactions for national and international investors;- Preliminary assets analysis regarding rents, capital values, comparables, pricing;- Strategic Analysis of the asset/portfolio in view of a future sale; - Property analysis regarding specific market, location, building, tenancy, tenure, pricing, sensitivity, cash flow analysis;- Coordination of due diligence processes (legal, technical and tax);- Negotiations support and drafting of letter of interest, preliminary agreement and closing. - Preparation of communication plan and marketing material accomplished in house or coordinating external news and press agency.Specialties: 1.
