Information Systems Engineer at the National Technological University of Santa Fe – Argentina, accredited to Computer Science Engineer In Spain. Advanced Studies Diploma at the Technical University of Catalonia. Nowadays finishing a Ph.D. at the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE) in the Technical University of Catalonia. He has ample experience in the integration of decision support systems (DSS) and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technology, which has allowed to participate him as much in diverse courses to university level as of different programs from postgraduates related to the GIS. Since 2002, technical manager of the R+D+I department in GIS the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE) and one of the technical people in charge group of Technology of the Information and communication of CIMNE.
