- To ensure parts availability at warehouses for the reference markets to:* Importers, served by other Regions (Europe, North America and South America)* Dealers, served by APAC warehouses (12)in co-ordination with other Regions departments of Forecast, Planning, Distribution and Logistics together with Corporate ICT- To agree and monitor service level of other Regions to importers- To agree and implement inventory policies to ensure parts availability at APAC warehouses, monitoring inventory value and its obsolescence - To deliver the quickest solution of back order lines (inventory not in stock) for both importers and dealers- To manage a team of 15 employees, co-operating with 4 indirect reports (supply chain managers of Russia, India, China and Australia)

- To collect the development needs of parts operations (target projects), in terms of:* New operational requirements (processes, warehouses, distribution flows)* Re-engineering of current processes- To evaluate the return on investment of target projects - To plan and guarantee implementation of approved target projects

- To ensure quick and smooth parts order management with:* Proactive actions, through order portfolio analysis, aimed at addressing any obstacle to invoicing (financial coverage, logistics, distribution, parts availability) * Reactive actions, through timely and complete resolution of importers’ inquiries - To support sales team to achieve their targets- To manage a team of 15 employees

- To manage the relations with end customers of machines/vehicles (15,000 cases/month)- To ensure the timely management of customers’ inquiries (monitoring of response time) and their satisfactory treatment (monitoring of satisfaction surveys)- To re-engineer customer relations management processes to enhance the service or to meet cost reduction needs- To co-ordinate the call center activities (150 people)
