I worked as a freelancer consultant in Interloop from to 2014 to 2020 on socks and new seamless project. I have been working for several months with a big company of spinnig and covering yarns in China, where I got to know many hosiery companies, not only in the district of Yiwu but also in other areas. I know many hosiery producers in Italy and abroad (compression tights too).After I collaborated with Penti, a Turkish hosiery company and stores chain, where I get good results. Actually I'm working as a consultant PD in Interloop (Pakistan).I'm involved in many projects on costs,quality and new yarns ,not only in developmentI'm a Control Top styles and compression hosiery expert.I worked on old Pendolina and new Lonati LA45 ME ,able to develop suitable covering or texturing yarns.I know the right manual process for medical tights,knee highs and socksI've got an excellent knowledge of the following steps Yarns: I was involved in the technical development of two nylon's spinning departments in Golden Lady. The company is completely vertically organized with all the internal processes therefore I know well the texturing, single, double and air covering and the plat process.I know many yarn producers like Continental Fibre (Mr. Venables), Radici, Invista (Sybille Bald), Nilit (Mr.Berardi) and other minor ones.Knitting: I've got a good knowledge of Lonati's, Matec's, and Santoni's machines, single or double cilinder.Sewing: I know the manual seam with one, two or four needles (Rimoldi, Union's Special, Mouser) or automatic, with or without gusset (Takatori ,GLC and Solis) and toe-closing(pick&place ,too)Dyeing: static and rotatory--Flainox, Tonello,Cubotex(Mr Bolzoni Giuseppe)Packaging: Steam, manual and automatic machine. I was seamless R&D in Italy where I developed new yarns, garments and styles with my team .Later I followed the operations and timing in Serbian seamless plant, planing people ,machines, production steps and so on. This work gave a good results on costs

From 1996 to 2007 I've been the research and development manager of the GOLDEN LADY Group. I was in charge of a large team where my role was developing new process of production and/or new items created with my experience in following market requests.In 1999 Golden lady bought Kayser-Roth corporation and I went to the USA to follow the changes and to transfer my company's mentality and I began working for Walmart, Kmart, JcPenney and so on and I collaborated with Jack Owens, production manager (Holt Hosiery, International Legwear group, Kayser-Roth Co).I 'm a Control Top styles and compression hosiery expert .In 2001 Golden lady bought Settestelle company and I worked to transform spinning from nylon 6 to nylon 66 (we had no experience in spinning process) and after that we built another spinning room in South Italy. The role of Research & Development manager allowed me to be directly involved in the study of new nylon and polypropylene yarns.In 2003 Golden lady bought Filodoro from Sara Lee and I involved directly in the renovation.From 2001 to 2007 I was the Technical manager in the development of the Golden Lady factory in Serbia (Valjevo), the amount of people increased from 0 to 1200 and I developed, for the first time, a knitting, sewing, dyeing underwear process in GL. During my experience in Golden Lady I did a very good job with cost optimization, production and quality improvement, I have a reference letter of President Mr. Grassi. I performed every production role in Golden Lady group.I was on charge on big new Seamless project in 2001, I followed all seamless steps from yarns to knitting and dyeing.At the beginning I developed and purchased many styles and projects for Calzedonia and later for GoldenPoint. I collaborated with many private label : Mark&Spencer JcPenney Victoria Secret Calvin Klein Carrefour Primark and more.
