 External advisor for finance, tax and legal statutory issues Responsible for the Business DashBoard, including recommendations to mitigate deviations and detection of opportunities. Financial analysis of new businesses, their contractual structuring, cash flows and profitability analysis including recommendations for their commercial success. Design of a pricing policy for services and construction of a commercial strategy for the implementation of periodic updates. Construction and implementation of a cost structure that mitigates the tax impact. Participation in the assembly of public tender with government entities. ERP implementation  Administration: information flows analysis for the implementation and start-up of a new ERP  Finance: direction of the short and medium term financial strategy (cashflow - indebtedness scheme). Operation: redesign the structure of logistics services for optimization and improvement of profitability.  Human Resources and Labor Relations: reordering of payroll processes. Main accountabilities: Business advisor to the South America General Manager (SSC) In charge of financial and shared services areas. Manage the Cash Flow Lead the annual Budget process and the Quarterly Forecast processes. Design, build and control the business metrics (KPI). Lead the reporting processes, (IFRS), (SOX). Manage the relationship with internal and external auditors. Manage all the processes related to HR administration, payroll, short and medium term incentive plans, benefit management, expatriate programs, etc.Some objectives achieved:  Sustain 12 years of uninterrupted profitability growth (10% ) through key financial information for decision making, anticipating future business scenarios with the most appropriate revenue and cost structures and the objective of minimizing the risk of the initiatives, aligned with the strategy.  Improve productivity through the transformation of fixed costs into variables, through long-term production agreements with service providers. Design a business performance measurement scheme as the basis for the implementation of a variable compensation system to leverage growth.  Launch and lead the implementation of a new ERP. Develop and implement an on-line application for project management. Successful exportation of the management model to other company business units (Costa Rica and México).  Management of geographically dispersed staff with different cultures in order to build a regional team. Implementation of inter-country tax structure to reduce impact of wages and mitigate corporate taxes.
