Provide support in all import and export processes on Owner’s behalf; Responsible for all shipment documentation (Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest, Mate’s Receipt, SOF, etc); Responsible to declare all shipment details to Brazilian Customs Sytems, respecting their deadline; Provide support to all offshore processes (FPSO’s and their supporting vessels), including representing them at Harbour Master and other Port Authorities.

Responsible for the coordintation of all air import processes, dealing directly with importers, DSV at origin, air companies and brokers; Support to air and sea export processes as well, giving total assistance to my colleagues and supervisor; Execution of pricing operations requesting freight, rates and fees to overseas agent and national suppliers, analysis and approval of costs, formulation, submission and monitoring of quotes. Vivency with national and international purchasing operations, negotiation of Inconterm and deadlines, execution of purchase orders from overseas suppliers, follow-up of order readiness, conference of the documents of the order together with the broker and follow up of shipment; Responsible for procedures for releasing of cargoes and documents with carriers, NVOCCs, airlines, customers and brokers; Provide total support to clients with their doubts during the process;

Working in a system of “job rotation”, getting experience of operational and comercial areas at the same time; Support the comercial team during visits to potential clients, quotations, approaching potential new clients by phone (cold call); Support the operational team with shipments coordination (all modals); Responsible to cover the analysts and the supervisor when they were absent.
