I developed a broad experience within the hospitality industry reaching the position of Hotel Manager al The Princess Hotel in Hamilton, Bermuda (1970-1973). Training and management positions held at different hotels in Great Britain, Germany and Italy. Moved up to Sales and Marketing as Manager of the Central Reservation Centre in Miami, Fla and later as Regional Director of Sales for Princess Hotels International in Miami, Fla. (1973-1976). Joined Ciga Hotels in Venice, Italy as Assistant to the Director of Marketing to become later Director of Sales (1976-1981). Moved to Costa Smeralda, Sardinia as Managing Director of the resort's Marketing Services company, coordinating the marketing and communications activities of the Group involved in real estate, hotes, sport (golf, tennis, sailing), marina and shipyard activities and airline (1982-1987). Moved to Milan, Italy to become Director of Corporate Communicatios for Fimpar SpA and Ciga Hotels SpA, both companies listed at he Milan stock exchange (1987-1994). I then joined Meridiana SpA at that time the principal privatly ownd airline in Italy as Director of Corporate Communications (1994-2002). In december 2002 constituted the newco "Trentino S.p.A." becoming Chairman of the Board (2002-2006) and General Manager (2002- Apr. 2008), As of the month of May 2008 I retired from the active management role. In July 2008 I was appointed to the Board of Directors of Meridiana SpA . From Sept. 2008 trhough Dec. 2010 I served as Arbiter (Probiviro) of Federturismo, the tourism industry federation of Confindustria. As of May 2010 through March 2012 I served as Directorof Meridiana fly SpA. In recent years I operated as consultant for different companieis involved in tourism such as Turismo Re Srl, a company part af Antoitalia Group; Geasar SpA, management company of the Costa Smeralda Airport; Sportourism Lab Srl (Turin), Light Sas (Turin), and Hospitality School Srl (Venice - Milan).
