Advanced Process Control (APC) Software Development on Process Industry. Cooperated with Department of automation of Tsinghua University , this project is established and executed as a small portion of Intelligent Factory Strategy. The PROCET-APC suite works at the executive layer and has close relationship with the production environment. The PROCET-APC has been implemented in Sinopec Jiujiang, Anqing and Changling oil factories with positive feedback.Sep 2013 - Dec 2016 Phase I: Developed Offline Controller Configuration and Simulation component (PROCET-APC APC Config). The core controller predictive algorithm is encapsulated in the simulation part of APC Config.Developed Monitor, Data Collector. Monitor and Data Collector communicate with local DCS Server via OPC protocol. Provided on-site technical support in three factories mentioned above.Dec 2016 - 2018Phase II: Optimized the data structures of the controller and developed customized script for the controller. Developed Online Data Platform and optimized the data transformation infrastructure between online components and Data Platform. Developed the illustration of multiple variables in Model Recognition component and optimized model recognition algorithm.(Regularized least squares algorithm)

Member of the research group under Dr. Ali Ebnenasir's supervision.Project "A GPU-BASED IMPLEMENTATION OF BREADTH-FIRST SEARCH - AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY" raised by Dr. Ali Ebnenasir.The original goal is to ploy the model checker on the GPU platform in order to achieve better performance.* Studied the idea of model checking and mastered the tool SPIN model checker.* Mastered the GPU programming with CUDA C.* Implemented the core graph exploration algorithms: Queue-based and Read-based BFS Search on the architecture of GPU with CUDA C under both Linux and Windows.* Finished the optimizations for two algorithms. Coalesced the global memory to hide the latency of reading and storing in the global memory; Then create the cache to store the information of the whole layer nodes before writing to the global memory. Achieved about three times speed up on read-based method and twice speed up on queue-based method on the graph with 32 million nodes and 256 million edges. * Learnt the bitstate hashing and tried to combine it with the existing program.
