As an Advisory Board member, my role is to advise Know Your Data 360 (KYD360) on validating innovative ideas and product development related to storytelling of GRC data, using both my expertise as a Compliance & Risk Officer as well as my background on Marketing and Communication.KYD360 is a consultancy firm specialized in the integration, analysis and visualization of structured data which helps clients tell compelling data stories that convey complex information in a simplified and accessible manner. It offers tools that extract and convert data into actionable insights customized for your business needs.

Reporting to the Chairman and CEO. Responsible for a team of 9 professional. Experiences on developing and sustaining a strong Compliance and Risk Culture. Responsible for M&A Compliance Due Diligence, mapping of Corporate Risks and implementation of mitigating plans and controls. Idealized improvements on effective 3rd party due diligence process for investments of R$ billions on green field renewables energy projects, since mapping and classification of risks, and implementation of mitigation plans; Implementation of 3rd party due diligence automated process with reduction of 40% on response time and more than 50% of applicable due diligence being conducted automatically, keeping the same risk levels.

In charge of the development and implementation of the Risk Management and Compliance Program.Recently holding the Data Protection Officer position (DPO) , with the challenge of coordinating a project to make the company compliant to the LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).

In charge of internal investigations related to fraud, corruption, misbehavior and other ethical issues; Responsible for the development and execution of trainings related Ethics and Compliance matters; Coordinated the FCPA and reputational Due Diligence of third parties and BD / M&A (Dec/2010 to Mar/2012); Coordinator of the Ethics Committee of the company.

- Conception, development and coordination of an innovative 8-months program called Gestão Estratégica para Sustentabilidade ('Strategic Management for Sustainability'), designed for the top leadership of companies such as Vale, Votorantim Pulp and Paper, Caixa Economica Federal (bank), Promon Engineering and Arcelor Mittal, which fostered to implement Sustainability into the core of their businesses strategies, among other programs coordinated at Instituto Ethos.
