Responsible for the Hotel Operations

• Daily hotel operations;• Audit and financial control – reporting;• Manager on Duty - dealing with VIP guests, high-profile reservations and hotel operations;• Clients and Owners complaints (answering / resolution)• Competitors benchmarking and analyses;• Monthly financial accounts analyses and report;• Responsible for establishing standards / procedures / regulations;• Regular communication and reporting to owners - revenue returns marketing/commercial actions, web reports, property updates;• Preparation of several AGM`s (Condominium Annual General Meeting) 1,8M Budget;• Regular Owners Meetings;• Touristic Rental Agreement production - juridical analyses and improvement updates;• Snagging lists - control and resolution;• Property Management software handling (Micros Fidelio 6.12, OVOS (Opera Vacation Ownership);

• Check-in/Check-out Guests;• Manager on duty;• Audit of the daily operations;• Financial corrections;

• Sell and promote excursions at the front desk;• Explanation of the Excursions itineraries/sightseeing to Guests;• Reservation of Excursions in anticipation to our arrival to the ports of call with the local agents;• Preparation of the Groups Guests for the different Tours;• Liaising with the Financial commitments with the local Agents;

• Serve Guests to a 5* standard satisfaction;• Preparation of the restaurant daily operation;• Weekly preparation of Banquet Barbeque for 2400 Guests;• Weekly Winne tasting;• Responsible for the Winne Celar at Chops Grille Restaurant;

• Responsible for Agents Reservations and Direct Renting Sales;• Coordination of the team for the daily operations;• Daily financial operation;• Weekly report to the Regional Manager;• Monthly financial company targeting business planning;
