Working for the biggest investment bank in Latin America, I was responsible for starting a project from scratch as a Senior Software Engineer. Therefore, I was part of all kick-off meetings to gather proper requirements to create a strategy to deliver an MVP without losing the time to market. I was also responsible for building relationships among different areas of the bank, such as technology, business desk, operation, and finance. As a result, we did our first MTP in only three weeks, working under a scrum methodology using two weeks as our sprint length, in two months we had a well-established MVP that ran out of our expectations, boosting our credit acquisition and allowing the project to go to another level. At the IBM CIO department, I worked as a multi-project Software Engineer, managing my time to work on three different projects. The first project was a back-office tool responsible for handling all business deal requests. So, it had to handle a large amount of request data to provide an analytical reporting tool to evaluate the business performance. The second project was a ticket management tool responsible for unifying all business partners' tickets so that they could have a unique tool for managing their tickets and hearing back from the operation team. As a result, the project brought back to Brazil the OTAA prize after 10 years. Working for a Petrobras R&D project as a Software Engineer, I worked on a legacy codebase. It was an oil well analytical tool that analyzed all data collected during the drilling phase. It had to translate data collected from the magnet and electrical caliper into images to be interpreted by geophysics.I was responsible for gathering requirements from the group of geophysics, designing them, and creating new modules for them.I became the system‘s core focal point, so I was responsible for onboarding all new team members, producing system documentation, and organizing knowledge transfer sessions.During the pandemic, I worked on an alternative project to create an environment for a group that received little attention from the government authorities. At BigDataCorp., I worked as a Software Developer in two different segments. Firstly, I worked on a consulting project for a Brazilian telecom company, the project was a visualization tool that allowed the company to keep track of all retailers of their launched product. It was a brand new internet provider for personal and company purposes. So, the tool had to manage all the revenue and provide visualization insights for the operation team.After two months at the company, I was moved to their products sector. At LMDC, I worked for a Petrobras R&D project as a C++ Developer. I worked on two projects that shared the same codebase. The first project was an analytical tool for processing geochemical data for petrological analysis. The second one was a tool that allowed geodynamic scenarios to be elaborated by the research team.
