Responsible for the administrative, finance, human resource, social sustainability and I.T departments in 11 real state projects in São Paulo, Brazil. - Restructured the organizational structure and the team functions creating a shared, company-wide team to support all projects within the Directory;- Managed projects in São Paulo with net worth of 2 billion dollars o be performed over the next 4 years;- Fostered a partnership with APAE (Associação dos Pais e Amigos dos Especiais) , an NPO that integrates people with mental disorders into society, which integrates 40 workers with mental disorders per year into the job market through a laundry company created inside the institution;- Received the “Prêmio Destaque,” an annual prize for the best innovating projects in Odebrecht, for implementing developing the partnership with APAE;

Responsible for all Administrative, Human Resources, Finance, Sustainability and IT for the projects in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, including negotiation with Labor Unions, Investors and Partners and support to Health, Safety and Legal.- Restructured the office, team integration and workflow processes (Belo Horizonte, MG);- Responsible for the overhead activities (Belo Horizonte, MG);- Coordinated the administrative duties regarding the construction of Vila Grimm (1 project with 10 buildings in Belo Horizonte,MG).

Responsible for all administrative, human resources and IT activities for 2 construction projects in Vale dos Cristais

Responsible for the HR routines and for the implementation of the retention program for the project of Vale dos Cristais.

Responsible for monthly reports and finance and accounting routines

Developed models for trading decision making and KPIs dos feedstock planning

The Junior Enterprise is a student-led consulting company that runs inside the college. - Started as a consulter and after 2 months I was promoted to Project Director;- Worked in a finance consulting project for the heavy equipment industry;- Was elected President Director and remained in that position for one year;- Founder of the strategy department in the company.
