Since embarking on the Mobile Access Network Project Manager role, I have overseen the successful delivery of multiple key projects for the customer (VMO2), including Neutral Host in Building/Outdoor Pilot deployments and platform industrialization, as well as Ericsson Network Monitor TX and Packet Core Platform Upgrades, .The Neutral Host focused projects are set to mark a shift for the industry in the way networks are designed and built, guided by Joint Operators Technical Specifications, involving a collaboration of multiple vendors and network providers to significantly expand coverage for service providers.As a project manager I was directly involved in the initial onboarding of each potential Neutral Host, from initial platform development, testing and eventual live deployment, while in parallel overseeing the development of support tools for Neutral Host specific Fault and Configuration ManagementOther key activities performed under the PM Role:- Responsible for the definition of the project derived from the agreed business scope and requirements producing key foundation documentation;- Managing and controlling the project budget, working closely with the Business Owner and the Program Manager;- Operating effective quality management and configuration control;- Effectively managing and controlling change;- Project life cycle management and compliance via approval gating and control mechanisms;- Employing effective project governance to ensure delivery to Time, Cost, Quality and agreed scope working closely with Business Owners;- Operating effective project controls employing effective Risk, Issue and Dependency management;- Operating continuous project improvements via lessons learnt and post implementation review mechanisms;- Managing stakeholders including internal groups and external suppliers;

While working as a Delivery Manager under Project Beacon, my main activity involved managing the successful rollout of various network changes and events focused on migrating the entire radio network to a new solution vendor. These responsibilities included:- Setting up and managing weekly meetings with the departments involved in the ongoing project in order to ensure efficient resourcing and communication between the teams involved- Act as the point of contact between Vodafone UK and Telefonica UK, responsible for project planning and overseeing the project delivery- Efficiently handle various unforeseen problems which may occur as a result of issues with the project delivery, which can directly impact the customer experience, by coordinating with both the Vodafone and Telefonica teams- Constant communication with the Telefonica Regional Teams and the Vodafone Delivery Team in order to gather as much feedback as possible for tracking the network behavior as a result of the ongoing delivery of the project.Activities routinely required within the Deliver Manager role also included:- Setting up and managing various network changes spanning several months and over multiple events- Data discrepancy checks between the various plans within a certain project- Preparing implementation plans for each of the managed events- Raise change requests for the outages required for each event- Arrange resources and scheduling for the event- Act as the Event Controller during implementation

During my time as a 2nd Level Operation Engineer at Ericsson, I was mainly involved in remote integration and optimization work of new Ericsson UMTS and LTE nodes, as well as site migration activities involving reconfiguring NodeBs/eNodeBs, RNCs and Routers.Another key aspect involved troubleshooting LTE and UMTS nodes based on reported KPI degradation and Network Performance or coverage complaints.

Following the brief experience on the FO Core Team, I moved to the FO RAN Team under the same Vodafone Netherlands Project, with the main benefit of having slightly more hands on experience and access to network nodes for troubleshooting.Alongside the regular Network and Alarm Monitoring responsibilities, I also performed troubleshooting activities for various issues on Transmission Ericsson Mini-Link , SIAE and Huawei PTN Nodes.I was also involved in improving the NGSA umbrella monitoring tool with efficient filters for specific tasks, equipment or alarms tailored to the needs of the FO RAN Team
