Co-founded EFdeN, one of Romania’s largest NGO on sustainability education and sustainable housing, managed a team of more than 1000 volunteers and raised more than 4 mil EUR for our project across the years to build sustainable housing prototypes, democratize renewable energy and design smart city sustainable solutions. Represented Romania in three editions of the global Solar Decathlon competition – an international contest on solar houses prototypes dedicated to students across the world- (Versailles, Dubai and Wuppertal) and gathered the support for the President of Romania, who officially inaugurated the EFdeN Signature House for Dubai participation. Closed strategic corporate partners, with more than 250 partners across the years - some highlights:-2016 - 2019: Leading mentor in OMV Petrom’s vocational education program, Vocational Summer Camp in Andrei’s Country, for future electricians. Developed curricula and practical training for more than 240 highschool students across the years, building sustainable prototypes such as - a SDG interactive installation, a SMART pavilion or HUB.-2018-2019 - collaborated with Kaufland to promote sustainable city solutions - building a solar urban garden, as well as the first solar charging station for EV, as well as educate the general public on environmental-related topics at electric Castle and Untold

EFdeN became one of the most important NGOs in Eastern Europe related to sustainability, green buildings and interdisciplinary education focusing on green homes, sustainable products and education & social awareness

Global mandate to represent Romania as one of World Energy Council’s Future Energy leaders, designed to shape, inspire and grow the energy leaders of tomorrow. My mandate focused on two major projects: setting a best practice for youths to enter the public administration in the energy sector and an educational campaign for energy efficiency. I am since 2017 a member of the board of the National Committee of World Energy Council.

CO-founded the Energia ta (Your Energy) NGO as an effort to introduce and democratize Romanians access to renewable energy. Through advocacy efforts I contributed to passing the law for prosumers in Romania, in fair conditions for both citizens and private companies. energiaTa developed strategic partnership with PATRES, ANRE and AFM, with recent results including two programs launched by AFM - 150 mil€ founding for increasing the number of prosumers in Romania close to 2000 and developed programs for increasing the energy efficiency of buildings in Romania. energiaTa digital community counts up to more than 9000 prosumers or citizens interested in renewable energy.

Challenges of a Sustainable School in 2030, how should infrastructure, energy production, services & quality, sustainable buildings for students; campus mobility

Joined the National Ministry of Energy as the personal counselor of the Ministry on the renewable energy sector and youth involvement in the public administration. During my placement I contributed, among others, to the development of Romania’s national energy strategy, where I introduce the topic of prosumer in Romania for the first time.

Electrical & PV Engineer at NESS PROJECT EUROPE, Prahova 1 has an installed capacity of about 10 MW. The unit can produce about 15 million kWh per year, which corresponds to the annual electricity needs of over 7,500 households. Prahova Central 2 has an installed capacity of about 9 MW.
