I successfully conducted a training program for a group of 9 individuals, where I taught them the fundamentals of web automation testing using Java and Selenium technologies. The training program covered a comprehensive range of topics, including test script creation, element identification, test case design, and test execution.During the training sessions, I provided hands-on experience and practical examples to ensure a deep understanding of the concepts. Participants were exposed to real-world scenarios and challenges commonly encountered in web automation testing, allowing them to develop problem-solving skills.To facilitate the learning process, I created a structured curriculum, complete with step-by-step tutorials and exercises. I encouraged active participation, questions, and discussions to foster a collaborative learning environment.By the end of the training program, all 9 participants had acquired a solid foundation in web automation testing using Java and Selenium. They were able to independently create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, enhancing their skill set and contributing to our team's overall proficiency in quality assurance.
