I have started my career in industry as part of quality organization in an multinational company, for customer, in-process and supplier quality activities. Learning to deal with standards and customer specific requirements gave me a fast line to understand quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949.I turned easily to Automotive Organizations, in2004. Opportunities led me to an important Tier 1 Supplier for OEM customers, where I encountered and successfully passed challenges in defining a stable and capable Business Process Model validated by ISO TS 16949 certifications.OEM customers projects allowed me to have a leading role in implementing quality requirements inside the plants and to align internal QMS ( VW, BMW, DAG, Renault- Nissan, DACIA, JLR, FORD, FIAT, ALFA-ROMEO, PORSCHE) and also to VDA and AIAG Core Tools standards.I had the chance to lead more than 20 colleagues, people that I am proud of and that took important roles in maintain the Automotive quality standards. The journey continued to other OEM Tier 1 Suppliers (Ploiesti ,Timisoara, Arad),leading teams with more 100 colleagues and knowing QMS based on French and Japanese cultures, adding more OEM customers on "my working" portfolio as OPEL, PSA, HYUNDAI- KIA,HONDA, LANDROVER, SKODA, SEAT; certifications systems as CCC and ARAI were integrated into existing ISO TS 16949 certified QMS.Each role and responsibility given, taken or obtained through the past years, gave me the chances to understand in depth the customer expectations, needs and teach me how to approach them (person, organization and system) in an effective win-win way and to develop long-term business relations that allows us to launch important Projects into OEM plants and markets .I have developed knowledges for the manufacturing processes of Safety Components – Leather/Wood Steering Wheel and Airbag, Lighting Components - Headlamps, Stop-Lamps and Fog Lamps, Climate Control - HVAC and Engine Cooling - Radiators;
