Design, prototyping and validation of a solution to a company's innovation challenge as part of the dual training process of the Master in Entrepreneurship.

Management from the Temporary Union Connect - Pantera of the Colombian ICT Ministry program that co-finances the development and implementation of solutions based on the technologies of the fourth industrial revolution -such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, internet of things- proposed by companies belonging to the IT and Digital Creative Industry that provide solutions to 26 innovation challenges of organizations from different economic sectors in Colombia.The working model was 100% remote and partially synchronous, with more than 20 professionals located in different cities. We were able to certify close to 200 organizations in capacities for open innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies.Among the results of the project: 52 jobs were generated, 18 economic sectors were impacted with revenues in excess of $630,000,000, and in the expected indicators of the organizations benefited from the solutions, an average increase in productivity of 99.13% was achieved; an average cost reduction of 22.02% and an average increase in revenues of 431%.
