Construction Project Manager
Current- Antex Western is a construction company with over 95 years of experience and operations throughout Western Canada, specializing in flooring installation and commercial renovations.Main responsabilities:
- Manage over 30 projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, and public sectors, conducting reviews of plans, specifications, schedules, change orders, supplemental instructions, and RFIs.
- Maintain communication with clients to coordinate activities and address inquiries. Participate in coordination meetings, monitor project progress, and manage documentation throughout each phase.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, providing accurate information and verifying pre-tests and site visits to ensure suitable conditions, addressing any observations or deficiencies promptly.
- Monitor costs to keep purchased materials and labor within budget. Review change orders or T&M requests, ensuring approval and invoicing, while updating financial information for each project.
