Head of the Lenovo EMEA legal department responsible for the legal affairs of the entire EMEA geography across all business units. Managing the whole portfolio of WW IP and commercial litigation at Lenovo.Managing the inhouse litigation team as well as a whole network of external counsel.Litigation responsibilities include management of caseload with outside counsel, including budget allocation, spend and financial reconciliation, information preparation for the Board of Directors Audit Committee meetings and investigations.
