The first 3 years I was organizationally placed in Technology Development and participation in technological development and improvement projects within ITOM and the APM area was a large part of everyday life, filled with project tasks such as IT architecture, Solution design, implementation and integration.In the role of APM Specialist, I also participated in the daily 2-3rd Level support and management on the APM platform a part of the APM Service component, its infrastructure consisted of about 240 Windows / Linux server and approx. more than 20 MS SQL databases, plus embedded PostgreSQL and MySQL databases hosting the following ITOM and APM products: Micro Focus APM, Real user Monitoring, Diagnostics, Sitescope and OMi MOM setup (OpsBridge).For the last 2 years I have also held the role of Product Owner for the above product portfolio with responsibility for preparation of ongoing roadmap, continuous product development, optimization, cross-organizational coordination and cooperation, as well as security and compliance, according to IT Governance as a supplier to the financial sector in Denmark.Recent major projects:IT architect and implementation executive on a cross-client project, whose goal was the implementation and anchoring of "Single Pane of Glass" built on a service-oriented architecture model and approach to application monitoring.Participation in projects such as SME, customer interviews, requirements analysis and preparation of a report for a future Event management strategy in collaboration with an external consulting company and subsequent participation in the project initiation phase for preparation of project proposals for this strategic goal.
