As a solution architect I've used my knowledge to address solutions to company issues and values. implementing the solutions using experience and talking to the stakeholders and product managers.This has covered multiple areas as going to cloud, becoming agile and getting rid of outdated/obsolete systems an implementations even work methods. Database functions and integrations is another area where I've had quite a lot of experience, going all the way from the datacenter to the cloud and apps using it.As a consultant i did, architecting and designing new solutions. Also advanced troubleshooting and educate as we go was part of my work strategy. Longtime planning for coming solutions or roadmaps in the companies’ IT Infrastructure strategies, aligning the business needs to a designed solution.I normally used “best practice” scenarios using supported solutions, so problems about vendor support didn't become an issue.It typically ranged from medium size business to enterprise, using single site and cost optimized solutions all the way up to big redundant datacenters where uptime and data protection is key, always having access to data.Key areas are HPE Storage, servers, blades, datacenters, virtualization on primarily VMware but also Hyper-V. Datacenter management software to help govern and orchestrate the day to day needs and pain points in acquiring and operating the systems.I’ve been a member of HP B.E.S.T. (Blade Essentials Server Team) since it was created in 2007. This implies that i get updates directly from HPE and participate in approximately 2 annual meetings with updates, roadmaps and knowledge sharing, sometimes in Houston where I talk to the product managers on the systems that I work on.I’ve also done several technical project leads on larger implementations. And it has also been outside the main experience areas.As a person I’m very outgoing and social. I like to engage with the people I work with, and discuss ideas and technologies. I like to be challenged and working on solutions and problems that require the use of my experience and analytic approach.I work well under stress and doesn’t bailout when problems occur, I see it as a challenge and try to solve the issue as best I can. And the quality of my work is a statement of ME, I have to be proud of what I do and that reflects the work that I do, and the way I do it.
