I was Project Director of the telecom delivery to the Norwegian Capital Project (NCP) which is one of the largest consolidated offshore project ever made and covers extension and renovation of the Greater Ekofisk Area EKOFISK and ELDFISK oil fields in the Norwegian part og the Northsea. Selected achievements:• Turn around management of a stressed organisation, put in charge by customer ConocoPhillips, when Semco Maritime was high ranking on the risk list of the entire project delivery to 4 new off-shore platforms and renovation of 9 existing platforms.• Boosting energy and motivation to the projects organisationand regain the trust from customer.• On time delivery of all systems to all platforms.• Completing one of the largest and profitable projects in Semco Maritime’s history.
