- Report to Business Manager, Defence Systems- Manager for 14 man internal process improvement team.- Responsible for software process improvement throughout the organisation.- Developing and implementing processes and supporting tools.- Implementation of measurement program within all software projects. - Training of employees in culture, processes and methods. Achievements:- The company became the first in Denmark to be certified at level 3 according to the internationally recognized CMM model. - Thorough change of culture towards process- and quality culture throughout the organisation. - Errors in development estimates were reduced by a factor of five.- A solid ground for continuous process improvement was established. The company is now certified at CMMI level 5, the highest achievable.

- Report to Project Manager- Command and Control system to the Norwegian defence information service (NORDECA). The system is still operational.- Consultant for the Danish Defense Information Service (FIT, now FKIT) concerning system integration between SAP and legacy systems. - Conduct of EEC tender process for FIT.- Technical manager on Electronic Patient Record (EPR) proposal to Aarhus County. EPR is today the other important business area for the company.
