As the Regional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Chile, Mexico, and Colombia, I oversee the marketing plan in coordination with a team of both in-house members and external suppliers. Together, we develop communication, advertising, PR, and content strategies to enhance the positioning, visibility, and commercial complement of our company.In this role, I collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Product, Talent, and Consulting, allowing me to gain insights crucial for fine-tuning our marketing team's activities and effectively defining our goal monitoring and tracking mechanisms.

While serving as Marketing Director at gpac, I led a range of initiatives geared towards the U.S. market. This involved crafting content plans, boosting SEO visibility, fostering team cohesion, and enhancing our brand's presence, all done in-house.In this role, I championed projects aimed at nurturing internal communication and team appreciation. We organized events to recognize our team's achievements, set up platforms for internal communication, and held annual gatherings to strengthen bonds among team members.
