As Head of ERP, I was responsible for the global Implementations, Upgrade, Rollouts and Enhancements projects of the Oracle EnterpriseOne ERP-system within Coloplast. I was responsible for establishing and managing a ERP team consisting of internal functional specialists in direct reports and external consultants - supporting Coloplast Global ERP. The ERP team included 20 Functional Specialists and 2 Solution Architects in direct report. In addition, I was also responsible for offshore support and development, consisting of 12 functional supporters and 6 developers. I was responsible for the Governance structure within the EnterpriseOne ERP-system in Coloplast and I managed the business relation.
