10+ years of experience teaching leadership and co-creation skills, management theory, systems of personal development, and entrepreneurship as a consultant and as a lecturer at business schools across Europe. Combining the above with my experience in art-based leadership-roles, such as choral conductor and international dance teacher, I provide leaders with powerful ways of utilizing ambiguity and uncertainty present in any organization as drivers for innovation. Being active as publishing academic, entrepreneur and social entrepreneur, I’m passionate about developing theories through practice. In my teaching, I value humanistic principles, precision, reflexivity, and humour.
