In this position I've been part of the sales team, working closely with account managers to help them from early stage talks with customers, demonstrating products and solutions, elevating the conversation from specific boxes and features, to how are every user and employee going to interact with the technology. Raising a lot of questions like, how often are this going to be used, are the rooms or spaces properly outfitted, how will it get adopted in your org. and who will maintain it?Making sure to get all the right people in on the project, so that all necessary stakeholders understand their tasks and when to have each step finished. Working with IT admins about configuring their environment. Microsoft 365, Teams Admin Center, Intune, Networking with VLAN's, vendor cloud portals and more. Also advising on subjects like acoustics, lighting, air quality, space considerations, furniture and things that is part of how we experience our meeting. Highlighted achievements: • Growing the company's Poly business from no partnership and small volume to Platinum Partnership and becoming the largest Danish AV integrator. • Launching a Remote Management Service Agreement, making it possible to provide valuable insights and proactively solve issues as they arise. Higher availability and uptime to customers at a fixed monthly rate. • Becoming a Microsoft Meeting Room Partner. • Developing and strengthening partnerships. • Hosting in-person, online and mixed events about hybrid work themes along with partners. Direct impact on decision makers at hundreds of organizations throughout Denmark. • Video enabling meeting rooms and seeing 100% growth numbers YoY.Working with: Microsoft, Zoom, Google, Cisco, Pexip, Barco, Airtame, Crestron, Lenovo, Jabra, Logitech, Samsung, Sony, Shure, Sennheiser, Poly and more.
