Carrie is an environmental professional with over seventeen years of experience in the environmental consulting field. Carrie has conducted various assessments in accordance with the Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina State Regulatory agencies. Specific experience includes: environmental due diligence property assessments (Phase I and Phase II), construction permitting and compliance tasks (dewatering/discharge coordination, waste characterization and disposal), emergency spill response, underground storage tank (UST) assessment and closure activities, petroleum impact assessments, landfill monitoring and compliance and conducting environmental investigations utilizing various drilling and sampling techniques per regulatory SOPs. Carrie has prepared and implemented remedial action plans utilizing various remediation technologies appropriate for the specific region.
