-Lead in sales by customization of swim instruction -Serve as primary trainer for parent-child curriculum -Provide customer service to new and existing clients over the phone and through email -Lead employee appreciation programs, including weekly shout outs and employee incentivization programs-Promote water safety to over 1,100 swimmers to decrease drowning incidents

- Act as first level of intervention in residential-student concerns that arise- Plan, advertise, and execute social and educational programs on personal-wellness, campus engagement, appreciation of differences, and scholarship - Manage confidential student records in adherence to federal and state laws (FERPA)- Serve as a member of the Staff Development Committee and implemented bi-monthly sessions to better develop team dynamics among 16 other employees

- Research and review medical studies that are currently impacting global and local populations- Produce newsletters promoting improved health - Advertise personal healthy recipes and resources

- Emphasize self reflection to define personal leadership style and identify core values, specifically through attendance at Ignite Leadership Summit and Catalyst programs- Apply collegiate leadership skills gained to resolving problems facing the Knoxville community through VolServes leadership programs- Implement leadership theories, frameworks, and skills in self-directed leadership projects

- Manage weekly educational events pertaining to nutrition, including Wellness Wednesdays- Coordinate marketing campaigns related to promotion of healthy lifestyle choices to 30,000+ students- Produce nutritional menus for three dining halls on campus and personalize meal plans for students

-Serve as face of NSNA through tabling at events, presenting in undergraduate classes, and communicating with Nursing students through social media-Focus on the diversity in our society and developing skills in cultural sensitivity
