Implemented Service Level Agreements across the organizations detailing deployment times and ticket response times. Tracked $1.3 million dollars per month in desktop deployments. Implemented Compaq and IBM self-maintainer programs, enabling Enron to get reimbursements for all equipment repaired internally at a average reimbursement of $2000 per month. Responsible for new technologies and monitoring our current roadmap for any changes that would have to implemented in the environment. Main point of contact for all technical troubleshooting, problem resolutions, and customer relation’s issues.
