Integration of design / make heat management and pneumatic parts into engine physical and functional interfaces. Work with internal customer and supplier to ensure that: • Testing is performed correctly and performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements are met.• Review supplier deliverables such as DFMEA, PFMEA, drawings, 3D models, test plans / reports • Support new product introduction, production, and service engineering by investigating technical problems and assisting in root cause investigations, performing design improvements, issuing engineering change orders, and writing technical reports / presentations. • Support purchasing by creating Statement of Work for competitive bidding Assess risks associated with safety and performance issues. Develop mitigation plans.

In this role, I was the project engineer on a $3M project to expand our production capacity for one of the high-margin products.This project required the integration of 9 screw conveyors, a large storage bin, a bulk loadout system redesign, and a controls system update. In this design, I also allowed for future additive application to this product since marketing mentioned that as a possibility.I also was responsible for smaller-scale design projects in which I performed the conceptual design, designed parts/systems in AutoCAD, specified the materials and method of construction, and oversaw installation.
