Represent CPS in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.As well as regularly update the Estimating Department regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.To establish this position within an already large and continuously growing company like CPS many steps had to be taken. Developing and implementing purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures. Create a running inventory of consumables and assets. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials. Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.

Current Special Projects:Software platform integration lead. Supporting transition and training on new Project Management software. Integrating cloud based, RFID, time clocks into new accounting software.Retrofitting CNC plasma cutting table to integrate with current CAD design software suites. 3D model design and printing for our Engineering and Sales departments. Project Estimating:Perform cost analysis of perspective contracts. Coordinating vendor quotes, schedule placements, engineering designs and shipments of products to best suit our customers' needs.
