Clay has over 35 years of experience in the IT and project management fields. He is experienced in software design and software development having programmed in many languages including Assembler, COBOL, Java, Javascript, Pascal, SharePoint, VB/VBA and many more. He has knowledge of many insurance systems including Benefitplace, Facets and ClaimsXPress. His insurance background includes the HIPAA ANSI 834, 837 and 820 transactions sets.In his free time he volunteers his time to the PMI Madison Chapter as the Director of Mentorship, and provides project management training to students interested in becoming certified project managers. Clay is a co-author of the book, Impossible Data Warehouse Situations with Solutions from the Experts. He is a Certified Computing Professional (CCP), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Carroll University in Waukesha WI.
